The Story

It's April 6th 1941.  A young Dutch scholar lies bleeding in the snow, victim of a Nazi bullet to the back. He dies in the cold not as a soldier, but as a visionary whose manuscript fortells the genesis of a nation. His wife and son  Sidney hang upon his every word. His last, was barely a whisper.  -Switzerland.

The decades have passed. Life has been good to Sid Steinburg. He's become a powerful man, a multi-billionaire, a Hollywood mogul. Though the years have passed, the painful memories remain. With the world at his feet and nothing more to prove, Steinburg sees beyond the bottom line and risks wealth and power for a far greater good. But it may cost him everything.   In Steinburg: The Road to Amsterdam, Douglass K. Davies pens a crackling  thriller and  creates an indelible character who steps on the world stage right on cue.
